1. 接受條款
使用「字學貓樂園」即表示你同意本使用條款，以及 Apple 的標準授權應用程式最終用戶許可協議（Standard EULA）。如本條款與 Apple 的標準 EULA 有衝突，適用 Apple 的標準 EULA。

2. 服務用途
「字學貓樂園」提供中文練字、默書、學習報告、家長任務管理、排行榜及獎勵功能。家長需負責管理子女使用情況、輸入內容及相關設定。

3. 月票訂閱
月票為每月自動續訂訂閱。實際價格以 App Store 購買頁顯示為準。付款會經 Apple ID 收取，除非於當期完結前至少 24 小時取消，否則會自動續訂。你可在 Apple 帳號的訂閱設定中管理或取消訂閱。

4. 帳號與刪除
家長可使用 Sign in with Apple 登入，並可在 app 內刪除帳號。刪除帳號不會自動取消 Apple 訂閱，訂閱仍須於 Apple 的訂閱設定中另行管理或取消。

5. 可接受使用
請勿輸入違法、侵權、仇恨、騷擾、不實、或不適合兒童的內容。我們可在必要時限制濫用、欺詐或危害服務安全的帳號或行為。

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Chinese Cat, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If these Terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s Standard EULA will control.

2. Service Description
Chinese Cat provides Chinese handwriting practice, dictation activities, learning reports, parent task management, leaderboard features, and rewards. Parents are responsible for managing their child’s use of the app, entered content, and related settings.

3. Subscription
The monthly pass is an auto-renewable subscription that renews every month. The actual price is shown on the App Store purchase page. Payment is charged to the Apple ID account. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription will automatically renew. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple account subscription settings.

4. Account and Deletion
Parents may sign in using Sign in with Apple and may delete the account in the app. Deleting the account does not automatically cancel Apple subscriptions. Subscriptions must be managed or cancelled separately in Apple’s subscription settings.

5. Acceptable Use
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, false, or child-inappropriate content. We may restrict accounts or behavior that is abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to service security.
